Delivery Charges

  • Free Shipping: On all orders PKR 4,500 and above.

  • Flat Rate: For orders below PKR 4,500, a delivery fee of PKR 200 will be applied at checkout.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.

Delivery Timeframe

  • We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

  • Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days for most cities.

  • Deliveries to remote or out-of-service areas may take longer.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts.

  • If the parcel cannot be delivered due to non-response or incorrect address, it will be returned to us.

  • Re-delivery can be arranged, but additional charges will apply.

Possible Delays
