- You can open and check your parcel at your doorstep before making the payment to ensure everything is correct.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted after payment has been made and the rider has left.
- If you find any issue, you may refuse the parcel before paying, and our team will assist you accordingly.
- Once the order is received and payment is completed, it will be considered final and non-returnable.
